Dispute Resolution Team Supervisor Show/Hide Description

Credigy has an immediate need for a well-rounded attorney or compliance professional to join our team as Dispute Resolution Team Supervisor at our corporate headquarters northeast of Atlanta, GA. The Dispute Resolution Team Supervisor position will report directly to Credigy’s Compliance Attorney and will be instrumental in the company's efforts to ensure that it successfully addresses consumer disputes and issues related to contested litigation.

Functions/Responsibilities of the Position:

  • Analyze consumer disputes and manage a group of (3-5) dispute analysts
  • Work with Credigy’s national external attorney network on contested litigation issues
  • Monitor and track performance, trends, and issues related to dispute resolution and contested litigation using a variety of reports
  • Manage and work with the Credit Analyst to analyze settlement opportunities
  • Supervise outsourced electronic dispute response process (e-Oscar)
  • Provide assistance on adverse litigation to the Compliance Attorney as needed
  • Provide support and assistance to various teams within the company
  • Involvement in various projects/initiatives in the legal and operations departments as needed

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree REQUIRED, JD preferred but not required;
  • 2 years of management experience in consumer compliance and/or complaint area preferred; Extremely organized with strong sense of priority, urgency and commitment to deadlines while maintaining accuracy, and attention to detail, with the ability and desire to handle increasing levels of responsibility;
  • Proficiency with MS Office;
  • Ability to help develop and maintain systems and controls to monitor and increase performance;
  • Self-starter who can take direction but shows initiative and can lead a team;
  • Ability to communicate effectively with members of the team and other departments;
  • Familiarity with Westlaw legal research is a plus.
Collections Dialer Manager Show/Hide Description

Credigy has an immediate need for a talented professional to join our team as the Collections Dialer Manager at our corporate headquarters located northeast of Atlanta, GA. This role will report directly to our Director of Internal Consulting. This role will be responsible for the development, execution, and optimization of all collections dialer operations and strategies in our Brazil office. The dialer manager will analyze reports and identify differences between actual calls and the desired strategy execution. Additional responsibilities will include owning key relationships--particularly workforce dialer time management and account inventory penetration.

A few specific functions and responsibilities include:

  • Create outbound strategies that increase collections
  • Proactively works with all areas of collections to identify new account segmentation strategies
  • Supports call delivery and strategic objectives to specified performance metrics
  • Develop, generate and distribute reporting, related to the dialer's performance and strategy objectives
  • Monitor changes to dialer strategy and dialer support systems
  • Act as a liaison between operations and strategy to communicate any potential issues to the appropriate parties involved
  • Notifies management of irregular dialer, individual and/or center-wide statistics
  • Will conduct regularly scheduled audits of segmentation strategies to verify that accounts are worked in line with the recommended strategy

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business REQUIRED
  • Minimum 4 years progressive call center/operations experience
  • Minimum 3 years of Auto Dialer or Workforce Management experience preferred, includnig experience administering a predictive outbound dialing system
  • Strong ability to collaborate and communicate-ability to develop strong partnerships with multiple support partners
  • Strong analytical abilities and organizational skills
  • Noble experience is a plus
  • Flexilbity to travel to our Brazil office. The travel will start at approximaly 50% and reducing over the first few months to 10 – 25% based on the need.
  • Language skills are a strong plus; Portuguese or Spanish preferred
Application Developer Show/Hide Description

Credigy has an immediate need for an Application Developer to join our IT team at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA. As an Application Developer, you will be part of a team involved in understanding customer needs and developing specific applications and systems based on Microsoft Platform (SQL Server 2008, C#, ASP.NET, MS Office SharePoint and MS Office). Additional responsibilities include the analysis, collection and documentation of detailed business requirements to support development needs and projects in the organization. You will work with a diverse team of developers and analysts, observing the Credigy IT development process and supporting those processes through active development projects. You will be a part of the full software development life cycle including the use of our own proprietary software system for tracking requests, source control, submitting code and documentation for quality review, deploying changes to systems, and fulfilling user requests.

Required Technical Skills: Transact SQL, SQL Server 2008, ASP, C#, ASP.NET. Preferred Technical Skills: Silverlight, SSIS


Required Education, Experience and Competencies:

  • Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in development on the Microsoft platform, specifically including the following experience:
    • Engaged with business users to gather requirements, document requirements, and translate requirements into specifications
    • Worked in a team of developers in complex Web solutions in the .NET platform with Visual Studio (Silverlight is a plus), using source control software such as MS Visual Source Safe or Subversion, and actively participated in developing and deploying components to be integrated within a larger system
    • Strong understanding of SQL, Transact SQL, stored procedures, functions, triggers, etc. specific to Microsoft SQL Server
    • Experienced in the software development life cycle
  • Bachelor degree in IT or Business related area required.
  • Certifications in the above skills are a plus. Candidate should be willing to attend education and pursue certifications.
  • Must be self directed, able to work with minimal supervision and be able to learn quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with ability to produce high quality work and an organized work structure.

Analyst Rotation Program Show/Hide Description

Credigy has an immediate need for several talented individuals to join our team as Business Analysts and participate in our Analyst Rotation Program at our corporate headquarters in Norcross, GA.

The Analysts will participate in an intensive job rotation program, with opportunities to gain experience in various critical functions of the company. For example, the program will include exposure to the following areas - Valuation & Pricing, Due Diligence, Business Intelligence, Modeling & Decision Analytics, Inventory Management, Business Development, Finance, Legal, Operations, etc.

Job rotations will take place throughout the Analysts first 18-24 months with the company. Following completion of the program and with direct mentorship and guidance from senior management, the Analysts are expected to select an area of focus where they will continue their professional development and direct their long-term career path at Credigy.

Participants in this program must be capable of engaging in critical technical analysis of a wide variety of data sets. The candidate should be comfortable in attacking analytical problems and be capable of doing so with a creative bent. It is expected that the Analyst will have the ability to work with various technical and analytical teams within the organization and that they will produce meaningful summary analysis from such efforts.

Ideal Experience/Requirements:

 

  • 0-2 years work experience
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or Computer Science is required, with demonstrated aptitude in quantitative and qualitative analysis; Graduation with honors is a plus

  • Analytically sharp and process oriented
